The last date for document verification and player evaluations is this Saturday, January 29. All players must verify address and birthdate. Players league age 8 and above must attend an evaluation session.
Document verification will be 10 am to 12 pm.
The schedule for evaluations is as follows:
- League Age 12 and 11: Check-in 10 am, Start 10:30 am.
- League Age 10 and under: Check-in 11 am, Start 11:30am.
Please head to the Ponderosa Snack Shack (just behind the backstop next to the play structure) to verify documents or check in for evaluations.
For new and returning players, bring
- 1 proof of age (ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE) and
- 1 proof of residency from each of the below listed three groups:

- If your address is outside the league boundaries, but your child attends a school in the league boundaries, please also bring the completed school enrollment form (https://www.littleleague.org/downloads/school-enrollment-form/).
